Our 2017/2018 Run Club packages are now available. Starting from 1470AED for 3 months this is the year to train for your first 5k or even your first half marathon. And this season we’ve got three different groups all running at different levels so whether you’re just starting your fitness journey, a beginner runner, or a seasoned marathon or half marathon runner we’ve got a group for you! Join our zero to hero programme starting on the 14th January and we will get you off the couch and entered into the Supersports 5km or 10km run or the Buggy Run in February. You won’t be alone as we support you with:

The next term of Junior Run Club starts Sunday January 14th! Take advantage of our free trial class on January 7th at 4:30 in Al Barsha Park, the perfect way for kids and their parents to check out Junior Run Club. The run club is open to boys and girls of all fitness levels ages 7-12. Junior Run Club serves as a complementary platform for children who are already engaged in other sporting activities such football, netball or rugby. By partaking in Junior Run Club kids will be able to enhance their skills in areas such as endurance, speed and agility.

Our run-walk training program will take you from couch to achieving your dream distance, based on a proven run-walk alternate method. Urban Energy is proud to announce the newest addition to our summer class schedule, Spinning.
Classes will be held at Train Gym in Al Quoz and start on May 2nd.
Class timings are Mondays 7:00pm-8:00pm and Tuesday 8:30am-9:30am.
A spin class delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints.
We will take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flats. You control your own resistance level and speed so you can build up your fitness levels over time.
Spinning allows you to continue training in the hot summer months, is perfect for all fitness levels – and you don’t have to wear your helmet!
Were proud to annouce our newest program just for mums, the Playdate Workout. This combines fitness and friends and allows small groups of mums to enjoy group personal training while their kids play; all in a location of your choice. Most Playdate Workouts take place in private homes or gardens however were also happy to come to your favorite park anywhere there is space to workout and that is safe for the kids. The program is designed to run for 6 consecutive weeks with a one hour session each week.
