I am a STOTT Pilates qualified instructor who has a passion for guiding clients to have their best possible posture. Having just moved from the UK, where I ran a business of teaching 1 to 1 matwork pilates in people’s homes where I created individual workouts specific for each client. I also taught pilates in private gyms to small groups. I am also trained in fitness pilates with various additional qualifications regarding lower back issues, shoulder girdle strength and mobility, and preventing knee issues.

I also teach group fitness classes including spinning, body conditioning and HITT training.

To put it simply- I love my job. Seeing clients strength, mobility and endurance improve gives me a buzz. In turn I have seen clients posture improve, and become leaner and fitter.

To relax away from our 3 young kids, my husband and I enjoy nothing more than a half marathon or a tough mudder style challenge. Not sure that's everyone's idea of a date night?
