My varied experience in the fitness industry has led me to adopt a mind and body approach. I firmly believe in promoting a healthy body, we must also promote a healthy mind. I focus on reducing stress, releasing unwanted muscle tension and promoting correct spinal alignment and muscle engagement to maximise the benefits of exercise and lead to a more complete fitness experience.

I am a personal trainer and group exercise coach with Urban Energy Fitness. My background in fitness lies in dance. I am a trained ballet and contemporary dancer with training in various dance styles including Bollywood, Capoeira and Hip Hop. I am a passionate student of pilates and yoga understanding the importance of the spine and correct engagement of the muscles to live a pain free life.

As a trainer I ensure I am attentive to each individuals needs, setting goals and helping clients to achieve their targets. Communication, intuition and hard work are the key components to success. I am aware of the hurdles in life but always focus on providing solutions to any circumstances that may arise.

Aside from this, I think exercise should be enjoyable and fun, I always seek to make sure that a client leaves each of my sessions feeling a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
