Strength & Conditioning A fun circuit style class, this is a total body workout focusing on strengthening your upper body, core and legs and incorporates balance, mobility and flexibility.

 

Core A strong core is fundamental to maintaining a strong, upright posture very important when running. Working abdominal, back, and glute muscles which support your spine while you run.

 

Stretch A nice long stretch to leave tight muscles long and relaxed and ready to repair themselves in time for your next class! Sessions will incorporate foam rolling so bring yours along and our trainers will teach you the best ways to use it.

 

Fit Mums Our Fit Mums Program is ideal for mums with babies 4 months and older. These classes are more intense and really designed to make mums sweat and work hard. As a mum your time is valuable and we want to make sure you get everything you can out of your workout. All classes are child friendly so feel free to bring your baby along. Under the Fit Mums program we offer boxing, circuits and dance!

F.A.Q.S

  • Do I have to be fit to join the classes ?

    All our classes are open to all levels and run in such a way that everyone works to their ability and maximum potential. Our instructors have adaptations for every exercise and will know how to work with you, as long as you let them know if you have any issues.

  • What happens in the summer?

    We mostly stay outdoors, but find shaded spots or change the timings of our classes to avoid the hottest hours of the day. We reduce the intensity of the workouts, and take a lot of rehydration breaks.

  • Are there shower facilities ?

    We run our classes outdoors for ¾ of the year and therefore there usually are no shower facilities available. In the summer, we may run some classes in various studios in Dubai and you may find showers there.

  • What do I bring ?

    Your water and a Towel to put on a mat. If you have your own mat, we would encourage you to bring it.

  • I love attending the classes outdoors as it is such a great opportunity to appreciate the well-kept parks and outdoor spaces in Dubai. Circuit classes in the outdoors is extremely hard work but also a fun way to exercise. The fact that you are not in a gym with monotonous, dull equipment means that the instructor is constantly creating inventive exercise programmes that are never boring and ‘almost’ enjoyable. Don’t get me wrong, the workouts are tough but exercising in the open air encourages me to somehow give it more and try harder. In a hot country it is a great feeling to work up a sweat from exercising rather than simply because of the warm temperature.
