In the last 10 years I have travelled the world and picked up many languages along the way, but what I also found was a love for the world of fitness, especially water sports! You will almost always find me in the water chasing the waves. I do all kinds of sports, and besides my passion kitesurfing, I surf, stand up paddle and love to run.

With that same passion I want to inspire people to perform in sports, especially extreme sports. It has always been my goal to inspire everyone, especially women to participate in these kinds of sports, but in any kind of sport for that matter. This is why I qualified as a personal trainer so with the same dedication and determination to which I perform in these activities, I can motivate people to also activate their bodies. For me standing still is going backwards. There are so many different forms of fitness out there, that no matter how busy you are there is always a way to find time to start exercising and falling in love with one form of fitness.

I am from such a culturally diverse background myself being half Saudi/half French, and having trained people in many different languages, I have the experience in coaching all types of people with different goals in mind.

Having trained many young athletes within the kitesurfing and surfing industry, I have found a love for functional fitness training and balance training which I believe incorporates all movement of the body. My main goal is to inspire people to lead a happy, passionate and healthy life, so come and join me and we’ll do just that!
